Designed for Connection

Life is designed in a way that reminds us we’re not meant to go through it alone. Each of us carries unique skills, talents, and perspectives that others may not have, and together those differences form the strength of our communities. What one person lacks, another can provide, and in that exchange we find balance, progress, and connection.

This experience is designed to benefit everyone... the people in Peru can learn from you, and we are sure you will learn a from them too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will I be staying during my trip? Will we remain in or travel somewhere else?

You will be staying in Jayanca Peru during your trip. Peru Hope has all the accommodations you will need. Hotel style rooms, kitchen, laundry, event room, a cozy front patio to sit and relax, and 24/7 security guards. We will go off the Project property sometimes during the day to do a service, deliver wheelchairs, go on a tour, go in town to help with community projects or clinics that Peru Hope is putting on. We will end up at Peru Hope‘s facility each night.

Are basic amenities for the hotel rooms provided?

Each room is furnished with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, beds, refrigerator, desk, 110 volt power, and, of course, air conditioning.

What type of transportation will we use to get around?

Peru Hope has a 27 passenger bus with air conditioning for each seat.

Which airport should I fly into and will transportation to and from the airport be arranged?

Each humanitarian guest will need to fly into the Chiclayo Peru Airport, from there we will pick you up, and transport you everywhere you need to go including the trip back to the airport when you go home.

How long should I plan to stay for my trip?

Seven days is sufficient, you can do less or more if you want.

How safe is the area where we will be staying?

You will always be with members of the Peru Hope team when we are out and about in the community. During the night we have two guards that patrol the Peru Hope project. You will never be alone out in the community, there will always be someone with you. We do this to make sure everyone is safe and protected.
